Live alarm state from the plant controllers. Whether an alarm places a phone call is set on the Alarm Config tab.
| Station | Alarm | Type | State |

Raw water through the plant to storage and distribution.
Communication status for all twelve stations.
Turbidity, clearwell levels, raw water.
High service pumps and discharge.
Country Club and Idaho tower levels. Each shows the direct RTU read and the copy that arrives at PLC_WT01 by MSG — a divergence between them means one is stale.
11th Street standpipe and tower, booster pumps, chlorine.
LASCTL is the source of truth for all chemical values.
Fort Cobb and Anadarko.
Hi and Lo limits for alarms derived at the edge poller. Change a number here and it takes effect on the next poll — no restart, no PLC change. Only the alarms listed below have a limit this system owns; every other alarm's setpoint lives inside the PLC and cannot be changed from this page.
Leave a box empty to leave that alarm unassessed — an empty limit is never treated as a satisfied one. Changes are not saved until you press Save, and an alarm still has to be switched on under Alarm Config before it can place a call.
Controls which alarms are allowed to place a phone call. An alarm switched off is still evaluated, still logged, and still shown on the Alarms tab and the alarm bar — it simply does not dial. Every alarm ships switched off; turn them on as operators agree them.
Changes are not saved until you press Save. Enabling an alarm has no effect until a callout number is set on the Callout tab.
Numbers are called in order, 1 first. Each rings 90 seconds on the first pass and 60 after, then the next number is tried. When the list is exhausted the cascade waits 2 minutes and starts again, and it keeps going until someone presses 1 or the alarm clears.
US numbers only. Type any format — (405) 555-1234 or 4055551234 — it is stored as +14055551234. Leave a slot blank to skip it.
This places a real phone call to one number from the list — whichever slot you pick. It exercises the whole chain: the call, the spoken message, and press-1 acknowledgment.
Answer and press 1 to confirm acknowledgment works. Nobody else is called, so it is safe to leave it unanswered.
Recorded in the alarm log against the signed-in user. This does not test escalation — only the slot you choose is rung.
